With the latest generation of LED chips, the LEANLED II series provides modern, powerful and homogeneous illumination in industrial environments. The slim luminaire, which is less than 1″ high, is available with a clear, transparent cover or with opal white glare control in seven different lengths between 7,09″ and 60,63″. Daylight white light with a beam angle of 120° offers the best conditions for optimum visibility in the areas of technical systems to be illuminated.
With a service life of over 60,000 operating hours and, above all, a high IP54 degree of protection, the newly developed luminaire series meets almost all industrial lighting requirements and can even be used in ambient temperatures of up to 140 °F. A stable aluminum profile serves as a base for heat dissipation and the polycarbonate covers protect the internal technology from dust and splash water. The LEANLED II with clear cover benefits from high illuminance thanks to the unfiltered luminous flux, while the opal white glare control enables very homogeneous, soft illumination without casting shadows. Each variant, whether with a clear or opal white cover, is also available as a cascadable version with plug connectors for input and output voltage. This means that several LEANLED II LED lights can be electrically linked and systems for the uniform illumination of large plant areas can be implemented.
Connections to the LED light are made via reverse polarity protected M12 connectors to a system voltage of 24V DC. The LEANLED II itself can be installed using the holders supplied, with which the light can be mounted either flat or pivoted in 15° increments.
