Stuttgart, November 2024 – This year, over 3,600 technical communication professionals gathered at tcworld Conference in Stuttgart, where Artificial Intelligence (AI) took center stage. AI was an omnipresent subject in presentations, workshops, and on the exhibition floor – including at the Quanos booth, where plusmeta made its first appearance as part of the Quanos group. From automatic metadata assignment to an AI assistant for spare parts, Quanos showcased a wide range of the latest AI-driven features.

The SaaS solution Quanos InfoTwin now also integrates AI in the form of the InfoTwin AI Assistant: a chat interface provides access to connected data from technical documentation, as well as after-sales and service information. This allows users to „communicate“ with their data in real time and retrieve critical information more efficiently.
Additionally, Quanos proudly announced the launch of AI capabilities within its professional content management system ST4. Prototypes of AI-driven features, such as automatic content creation, rephrasing, translation, classification, and duplicate content search, impressed attendees and demonstrated the potential for a new level of efficiency.
