The Hiprocall GmbH has made a striking statement with its new brand identity. To highlight the innovative brand on international markets, the corporate identity and corporate design have been changed. Some months ago, Hiprocall had put this process in motion to create a distinctive identity.
„We want to provide our customers with intelligent software solutions for the contact channel N 1: the phone. Today and in future. With our new positioning and focus on our core competencies, we have taken the right step to stress that promise“, says Holger Hermann, managing director and responsible for marketing.
In the past, Hiprocall has presented itself rather cautiously on the market. In recent years, however, the company has evolved to operate internationally, especially in the U.S. The previous brand image could no longer meet the needs of a leading company for real-time voice mail greeting management. As part of the brand architecture revision, the strengths of the core products – Enterprise Voicemail and Business Voicemail – were „carved out“ with precision and rendered more memorable.
Against this background, Hiprocall has re-evaluated and re-created its brand and the brand messages. „We want to help our clients to render their business communication over the phone quick and easy,“ says Karl-Heinz Häuslein, founder and CEO of Hiprocall. „It is particularly important to us that our software solutions support professional audio branding processes to maximize the branding value.“
The new Hiprocall brand identity is reflected mainly by the revised logo. The branding documents the brand“s dialogue-oriented and congenial image. All marketing materials across all relevant media channels are based on the new corporate design and decor.
