Bridgepoint Development Capital („BDC“) has completed the acquisition of KGH Customs AB („KGH“). The change of ownership marks a new and expansive phase in the international development of KGH, explains CEO Vidar Gundersen.
Gothenburg, 13.November 2013 – Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, KGH is the leading independent specialist service provider in a fragmented European customs services market. During the past six years, KGH has expanded its geographical footprint and added new service lines, allowing the Company to provide strategic advice and customs services to a growing number of international clients.

An agreement between BDC and the previous majority owner Procuritas was signed on 26 September 2013 and the transaction was completed today, 13 November 2013, after approvals from the competition authorities in Norway and Austria. The terms of the transaction are not disclosed. KGH“s management will remain with the company and will continue to be important shareholders in the new ownership structure.
