Heat sealer HSG Pneumat – for high-density sealing for the production of climate-friendly packages
The flexible HSG Pneumat heat sealer was designed for the special conditions encountered in the production of food and sales packaging. The manual device is easy to operate, robust and permanently heated. The production results are convincing due to their appearance, functionality and value.
The 15 mm wide sealing seam guarantees an absolute tight closure of the pouches. Permanently heated sealing bars and a powerful pneumatic pressure ensure perfect seam shapes. Flat pouches, Doypack® and gusseted pouches are no problem thanks to different bar configurations. Ideal for manufactures and start-ups with smaller series. Automated solutions are available for larger requirements. Individual special designs are also possible on request.
Special requirements of monomaterials
Packaging made from monomaterials is a welcome alternative to conventional composite materials. Especially flexible composites made of PP are more sustainable and can be recycled better than packaging made of different material composites. However, here, too, a secure seal must be guaranteed.
