We met new people, we launched new products, we ran new campaigns, we expanded the Affiliate Finance team, we flew to London and Berlin and collected dozens of free tshirts. In the spirit of giving, I am going to share the Affiliate Finance secret to success
1. Size doesn`t matter – no matter how big your client is, always give them your full attention. Make it your goal to understand your client`s needs, listen to what they have to say, ask questions, set one on one meetings. Often people feel stuck and they need somebody outside of their box who can show them new ideas and perspectives. We don`t „support our clients“, we dont „manage our client portfolio“, we join our clients in whatever goal they have set up for themselves.Believe in the potential of your clients, some of our best affiliates started with 1 FTD per day and are now making thousands of USD. On a weekly basis.
2. Don`t be affraid of change. Fortune favours the brave. When the change comes, embrace it, don`t waste time trying to slow it down or to reverse it. Switching from non-regulated to regulated. Switching from adult or blogging to make money. Switching CRM, country of registration. While it certainly isnt easy, this is a great business opportunity. We live in times when everything changes. Business plans are relative. Forget about annual turnover targets. You can estimate your quarterly, at best. If you are flexible enough, every month can and will be better than the previous month.
3. It`s all about the base :) Whatever you do, always pay on time. Sure, you can add an iphone 6, a trip for two or a fancy dinner in Soho, but nothing beats the good old payment on time.
