Trade fair organizer DEMAT GmbH presented exhibitors with the roadmap to trade fair success – EuroMold 2013 from 3 to 6 December 2013 Frankfurt – The world’s leading trade fair for Moldmaking and Tooling, Design and Application Development celebrates its 20th anniversary
Frankfurt/Main, 5.August 2013: D-day is in December 2013. That is when the organizer DEMAT GmbH will host EuroMold, one of the world’s leading trade fairs for Moldmaking and Tooling, Design and Application Development for the 20th time. At this anniversary event, EuroMold expects more than 1,100 exhibitors who, in turn, have high expectations of their participation in the trade fair.
At a trade fair information day on 18 July 2013 at the Kunststoff-Institut Südwest in Villingen-Schwenningen, Dr. Eberhard Döring, EuroMold Trade Fair Director, and Friedrich Bals, Technical Director, explained the steps to making the trade fair a success. CEOs, heads of department and sales staff of companies from the region used the opportunity to get all the facts and information about participation in EuroMold.
„Our aim with this offer is to support in particular companies that have never exhibited at EuroMold,“ explains Dr. Eberhard Döring. „By explaining in detail the value that participation in a trade fair can add to a company and what has to be done in this respect, we are able to convince many potential exhibitors of the advantages.“
In addition to practical information on facts such as size, costs, location on the fairgrounds and exhibition stand requirements, topics such as advertising options, employee training, interviewing, follow-ups, measurement of results and scheduling are also dealt with.
The feedback that Friedrich Bals received from participants is a measure of how positive and helpful regional industry perceived the info day: „The most important aspect of the information day is that we go through all the essential steps to achieve exhibition success. This helps our exhibitors to start their preparations without any concerns.“
At the beginning of December the roughly 55,000 trade visitors to EuroMold 2013 can form their own opinions of the results.
