SCHEMA is Seeking the Cleverest Minds for its Graduate Academy

unbenannt

This year the Nuremberg provider of the XML based editing and content management system SCHEMA ST4 is for the first time sponsoring a Graduate Academy and is hereby creating a connection between German universities and industry. Future technical writers and editors are invited to the new SCHEMA training center to receive a crash course in SCHEMA ST4.

SCHEMA is developing a new concept to make contact between the German universities and industry. „I think every student knows the feeling: Studying is very important, but at the same time very theoretical. If often lacks practical relevance and especially during the last year one needs to contemplate one’s options. But how is this supposed to work without practical knowledge? And that is exactly where we want to step in with our SCHEMA Graduate Academy“, says Marcus Kesseler, CEO of SCHEMA.
This idea bore an interesting project: During this summer’s semester break from August 7 to 9, 2013 the free of charge SCHEMA Graduate Academy will take place for the first time in the new training center on the SCHEMA premises. „We expect not only an interesting exchange with future technical writers and editors whose studies provide them with cutting-edge knowledge, but also intend to offer the students a glimpse into a professional editing system via SCHEMA ST4. This is exactly how ST4 is used in business, a close and real experience“, explains Stefan Freisler, CEO of SCHEMA. For three days students in their last year or graduates are invited to SCHEMA and receive a crash course in SCHEMA ST4. At the end of the workshop everyone is presented with a certificate to be added to his application documents.
Places in the SCHEMA Graduate Academy are limited as SCHEMA also provides an extensive social program. During their stay the participants of the crash course ST4 will be accommodated in the Holiday Inn in Nuremberg’s city center. Events to look forward to are the „Felsengänge“ – Nuremberg’s historic rock-cut cellars – in the old part of the city and a Franconian dinner, as well as an evening on the Nuremberg go-kart track „Formula One“.
Interested parties are asked to submit their résumé and an application until July 04, 2013 to Absolventen-Akademie@schema.de .
SCHEMA will inform the accepted participants on July 12, 2013.
„We are looking forward to our first graduates of the SCHEMA Academy and all the expert discussions among insiders!“ says Stefan Freisler, CEO of SCHEMA.
