\“SAPERION ECM Together” enables mobile access to archived documents.

The new „SAPERION ECM Together“ document archive gives users the ability to create, view, share, and jointly edit documents. Yet the company that owns the archive maintains complete control over the information at all times. Access to the service requires only a PC, tablet, or smartphone with Internet access. Data are stored legally compliant in the cloud, but may be edited even without a permanent Internet connection.

Berlin – SAPERION ECM Together is a new online document archive that can be accessed around-the-clock from stationary computers or mobile devices. Encryption and sophisticated approaches to security and authorization ensure that every change is logged without possibility of revisions and only „desired“ access is possible.

Data are stored either in the public cloud or in the company’s own computing center (private cloud). Information is not assigned to any specific user, but instead to the company itself, so valuable corporate knowledge stays under lock and key. The ability to protect corporate knowledge for the long term is a major advantage over many similar offerings that are not designed specifically for business use.
